Video Playback Issues

We have noticed that PC's are having trouble playing back our new videos smoothly, unfortunately from what i could find online there isn't a fix for it yet, although it seems that VLC will play back smoother but is not able to function as a plug-in to IE. I just wanted anyone who had noticed this to know that we are aware of it and hopefully will find a fix for it soon. Also, let us know if you are noticing this by commenting below and if possible give us info on your system.
