and i know you are wondering where my movies are, and i will say again that they are on their way, there will at least be a movie of blake (you know blake)'s first ascent at the boulderfields because it will be a quick edit, and it will also lend itself to be a warm-up to the spellbound video. + kirk supplied multiple videos with this one, so stay tuned...

a message from the SCC
Come join the Southeastern Climbers Coalition at HP40 for a spooktacular Halloween party the evening of Saturday, October 29th.
Boulderween returns this year bigger and better than ever. We’re stepping it up a notch with live music and better food. It’ll be a frighteningly good time for all!
Bring the kiddies too, there’ll be fun games, candy, and goodie bags for the youngsters. Kiddie activities will be held from 1 – 4 on the afternoon of October 29.
Spend Saturday warming up for the big Triple Crown event on 11/5 cranking on Horse Pens’ monstrous slopers. The party will be kickin’ off in the pavilion about 5:30 with food, drink, and Halloween goodies. Come as you are and/or dress up to participate in the costume contest for a chance to win a prize.
The SCC will be holding a gear raffle to raise money towards Alabama access issues. There will be an announcement during the party regarding the SCC’s next project in Alabama.
Tickets for Boulderween are $8.00 in addition to HP40’s regular camping and daily use fees.

NOTE: We are working on some route videos from the canyon, so those should be showing up in the next weeks, and Fisher and Blake both sent Spellbound 12d this weekend, but Blake sent it first and there will be a video including the "fallout" of that send. If you aren't familiar with what "fallout" i am talking about, you will just have to wait and see...
