Something good to do with your weekend which involves climbing
ClimbFest – Saturday, October 21st, 2006
Where: Foster Falls, TN
Who: Tommy Caldwell and Beth Rodden will be the lead presenters
What: This is the Southeastern Climbers Coalition's/Access Fund's biggest fundraiser every year in Middle Tennessee. After climbing all day, we will convene at the pavilion for burgers at 5pm CST. At around 6pm we will start raffling items and auctioning others. The cookout is free but donations are encouraged. The raffle tickets are $5 each and a joint membership special will be offered for the SCC and Access Fund for $40 (you will receive 8 raffle tickets). Tommy and Beth will go on at 8pm and after a Q and A session the final big items will be raffled off.
There is plenty of camping at the pay campground and there is a free campground as well. This should be a great time of year for this event.
